About R123

R123 is a developing advocacy and public-awareness initiative focused on patient navigation, healthcare responsiveness, institutional accountability, and systems-level improvement efforts intended to strengthen public trust and patient-centered care.

Who We Are

A Collaborative Public-Interest Initiative

R123 is composed of parents, veterans, healthcare professionals, educators, researchers, advocates, and community members who have experienced healthcare-navigation failures, communication breakdowns, delayed responsiveness, procedural concerns, and institutional barriers firsthand.

The organization was developed to support awareness, advocacy pathways, constructive public dialogue, and systems-level reform efforts intended to strengthen transparency, accountability, responsiveness, and patient-centered care.

R123 represents a collaborative effort to improve understanding surrounding complex patient experiences while encouraging institutional improvement and long-term public-health resilience.

R123 continues to hear from affected individuals and families nationwide who describe challenges obtaining meaningful evaluation, coordinated communication, advocacy support, and timely systems responsiveness in relation to complex healthcare concerns. These experiences have motivated broader public-interest efforts focused on awareness, education, advocacy resources, and institutional improvement initiatives.

R123 encourages constructive dialogue surrounding healthcare responsiveness, patient experiences, public-health communication, institutional review processes, and advocacy barriers affecting families nationwide.
Organizational Status: R123 is currently revising its articles of incorporation in preparation for filing for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Our work is guided by charitable and educational purposes, with a focus on public awareness, advocacy resources, research, and systems-improvement dialogue.
Our Mission

Our Vision

R123 envisions a future in which patients and families are heard with seriousness, treated with dignity, and supported by transparent, accountable, and responsive systems that place patient care, public safety, and human well-being above institutional convenience or profit.
